These illustrations were an experiment with putting more life and story visuals into my backgrounds. Rather than something plain or a simple design, i wanted to go for a high-concept approach and let the background do more and tell the story of the connection between the player and his club and city. Incorporating specific elements and key symbols of that city or club and they players own ‘background’.
